provides mobility solutions to customers & their assignees globally.
they are looking for a relocation manager to join their team.

brief description to this position:

- manage the local relationship between santa fe and its key customer
- manage a portfolio of other global clients, coach, mentor and develop the relocation services supporting team
- act as a main point of contact for client§ inquiries, customer escalations, service delivery and reporting
- manage the activities of the relocation services team in chengdu to ensure quality service be delivered to our clients and their assignees.
this includes monitoring service level metrics for the team.
- ensure relocation staff throughout have most current and accurate information regarding client policy, services partnered for, services metrics and expectations.

requirements:
- bachelor degree or above;
- fluent in english;
- 2 years above experiences at a manegment role in relocation services industry or real-estate industry is a must;
- good customer services knowledge and team player, can work under pressure.
